Piazza Kalamaki first opened in Nea Smyrni in 2016, then expanded to Chalandri in 2018, while in the summer of 2020, in the midst of the extremely difficult Covid period, it created a model store in Kypseli. In April 2021, it inaugurated the fourth store in Ilioupoli, while in October of the same year, it opened the fifth in the popular Pasalimani in Piraeus! This store in particular is a real gem in the area, distinguished by its careful aesthetics, as well as its excellent location in Marina Zea with an endless view of the sea and the expensive boats! In September 2022, the sixth store began its operation with great success in the central square of Estavromenos in Egaleo! In October 2023, our store in Kaisariani joined the Piazza Kalamaki family, and in early 2024, our brand new store in Nea Filadelfia!

At Piazza Kalamaki, the wrapped souvlaki are a huge asset and reasonably come first in the preferences of our customers. First of all, there is the possibility of choosing between (6!) different pies (corn, traditional, whole wheat, Cypriot, Arabic, sandwich pie). It’s hard to believe, but the menu actually contains over 300 different wrap options! From chicken gyros with cheddar and bacon, to pancetta with Jack Daniel’s, burger stuffed with parmesan, breaded cod with Aioli, talangani and mushrooms, liver and mutton, kebabs and turkey burgers with politiki sauce, soutzouki with spicy Aivari and calamari, Piazza Kalamaki manages to fit just about… everything into a tender pita!

After the wraps, Piazza Kalamaki is also a huge hit with its exuberant burgers! Musky, handmade burgers that are kneaded daily with a secret recipe, in a delicious bun (brioche, rustic or black from activated charcoal), while they are accompanied by a wide variety of sauces (Honey Mustard, Caesar’s, etc.) as well as fresh, cool vegetables!

However, the menu’s suggestions are not limited to the king and viceroy of streetfood. Quite the opposite! They are made available by many original appetizers, mom’s French fries in dozens of versions, a variety of fresh salads, delicious stews, covered dishes, grilled meats, sandwiches, a rich vegetarian menu with classic products but also the new popular meatless dishes, as well as the truly beloved thrakopsomo! A loaf of rustic bread, baked in the charcoal (hence the name), filled with all our favorite delicacies! Gyros, straws, burgers and sausages, are combined with vegetables, French fries and sauce, and even gouda or parmesan cheese, to form an incredible tasty combination!

The pitsogyro is our most recent creation… It is a delicious Pinsa Romana dough, fluffy and soft, on which we add pizza sauce, along with generous doses of gouda, bacon, tomato and pepper, while for the coup de grâce we finish with a hearty amount of freshly baked gyros (made of pork or chicken)!

At Piazza Kalamaki, our goal is to combine traditional dishes with the most modern raw materials, so that we can produce a gastronomic abundance of tasty results. We believe that the resulting variety will create in our customers the desire to visit us again and again, without suffering the typical taste fatigue of a banal product.

The daily training of our staff and the constant supervision by experienced executives of our company ensure the best possible results and the most satisfied customers.
